ERC-PRO is an integrated system that will enable you to solve all the complex aspects involved in kart tracks management: timing and race control, events and database management.
Furthermore ERC-PRO offers you a set of various applications, particularly useful in indoor tracks where you need to liven up the environment through the involvement of both drivers and the audience.
With E.R.C. Pro you will be able to:

Multiple Tracks

Manages a unlimited number of races. This will allow you to manage the bookings from every single box for all different tracks; also, for each single event – if necessary -  can be transferred to a different track (for instance an out-door competition – due to rain - can be transferred indoor) while maintaining  all the data recorded up to that moment. Every customer can thus  transfer track without having to close the previous track’s rental information.

Multiple Cash locations

Manages a various number of cash registers. This will for instance allow you to make the bookings and the payments for different races from every register desk. Every desk is completely autonomous: it records the data in real time, it knows the availability of all the tracks and all the events, it prints the entrance ticket/or booking , it defines the type of event and can establish separate classifications within the same race (group Á. and B racing together may also ask to have separate classifications). Customer information can be entered in the data base from every desk, as well as printing of statistics and results, membership issues, driver’s identification and subscriptions.

Scoreboard / Monitor

Manages the information related to the events in progress or that are about to begin through a series of scoreboard/monitors/projectors of different dimensions and format are positioned according to the structure of the establishment. Every single scoreboard/monitor is individually controlled and for this reason it is possible to program and customize the visualization of the information. Scoreboards can be built based on the customers’ format. For example, score-boards may show: best track time , clock , count down/race, laps’ count , driver/kart position , effected laps , best driver time, driver current lap time, distance among drivers / intermediate times, drivers’/races’ statistics, calls for the next run / grid of departure, advertisement, etc. The monitors can also visualize the photo of the drivers.

Advertising Sponsoring

E.R.C.Pro manages in a simple and automatic way the planning of the advertising spaces. The messages can be in associated to the single events or be programmed for preset periods of time and will automatically be sent to scoreboards and monitors from the system.

Maintenance

E.R.C.Pro records the hours of use of every single kart and the last maintenance done, so that it can plan future ordinary maintenance. The system sends a notice to the operator every time one of the planned maintenance date is reached. It is possible, furthermore, to record all the extraordinary maintenance so that all the activities and costs of every kart is kept under control.

Safety

Through the installation of specific instruments , E.R.C. Pro manages the safety system to control the speed of the karts. Such management can be applied to ordinary routine and, most importantly, to anticipate and control emergency situations. For instance, E.R.C.Pro allows you to slow down one or more karts in case of an accident or in the event employees need to enter the track, restoring the speed of the karts as soon as the emergency is resolved. In the ordinary routine maximum speed can be defined for the karts that transit in the pit line, for some critical sectors of the track, and for the return to the pit. This provides maximum safety for the drivers but also for the track employees. Speed controls are managed by the PC or by remote radio controls.

Bookkeeping

Periodically verifies all the activities entered for a simple and accurate bookkeeping management. Such verification can be done quickly and discreetly by entering a special personal password. This service is also available through a remote connection.

Remote Support System (online)

Subscribers may receive assistance on line. In this way our technicians can quickly help you in real time for the management of particularly complex events and their supervision, or to update the program. Thanks to the remote assistance, all employees of the establishment can access the functions of E.R.C.Pro through a special personalized passwords.

Syncro Music/Voice

Manages the audio of the whole establishment, allowing to associate to every single phase of the events a set tune or sound. It is possible to plan E.R.C.Pro for the call of the drivers to the run, to give the provisional classification during the events, automatically managing the audio levels of the music.

Management of Complex Events

E.R.C. Pro easily manages complex events, planning them and booking them with in advance. Articulated demonstrations can be organized, for instance: free practice, qualification , semifinal, final. According to the participants each of these phases can be divided into groups, with the possibility of comparing the times among all participants. The management of the drivers is extremely simple and the track manager has the possibility to organize the next phases of the demonstration by inserting the rules, without having to reenter the data.

Pit Manager

E.R.C.Pro manage the carrying out of the demonstration from one or more stations positioned in the PIT or in the timing control booth. Among the main functions, it is also possible to manage kart changes, assure the proper functioning of the system, manage emergency lights/signals/slowing down notices, vary the race’s length, print out of the grids, complex events’ administration, penalty assignments, etcetera.

Statistics / Client Management/ Subscriptions

E.R.C.Pro allows you to create a series of statistics based on the data memorized in an analytical way for every driver/kart. It is for instance possible to order the statistics of the races by date, by category and drivers, by karts, by type of event, but above all it is possible to provide the customer with his/her own statistics. Such information can be accessible by the client through the INFO-POINT where customers, by inserting a personal membership card, can obtain their personal statistics. Every cash register can release membership cards which can also be associated to subscriptions. Membership cards allow customers to access their own data and speed up rental procedures.

Access Control

E.R.C.Pro manages the flow of the accesses to the different areas of the establishment through the use of the drivers’ membership card and can be personalized with authorization for specific schedules or events.

Print Results

E.R.C.Pro can provide automatic print outs of the results from a specific PRINT OUT POINT or on request from every posting throughout the track. Such print out can be personalized for every single event
